Data Collection: Developed an automation engine to acquire raw data from engineering consoles by means of web crawler and/or robotic processes
Data Cleansing: hands-on development of Python programs to cleanse, organise and prepare raw data for further analytics
Data Visualisation: developed multiple channels useful for disseminating intelligence from analytics, including building of the online Interactive Dashboard, the Data Studio website and the Telegram Chatbot allowing internal readers to receive incident reports & business metrics and obtain holistic intelligence in near real-time
Skills: gained knowledge in data life cycle and ways in tackling day-to-day engineering challenges using a data science approach

Disseminating intelligence from analytics, incident reports & business metrics
The bot is made for reporting incident cases caused by the damage of trees. It will be used especially after typhoon.
Workers near the station can input the venue of the incidents and choose according to the severity. Therefore, people in office can send materials or people there and deal with the problem immediately.
